Julia Childs' Supremes De Volaille a La Blanc

Well the other day...It was my son's birthday and I decided to make "JULIAS CHILD"  Supremes De Volaille a La Blanc...

First of all....to start off . I washed the chicken really good.Rubbed a lemon all over the chicken breast,a dash of pepper and salt.
Meanwhile I had a pan in a medium heat with butter.Julia does not add garlic in her recipe but I did. Then I added the chicken to the pan.Cooked until done.Next came the good stuff....the wine and beef broth were intoxicating simmered for a while,I also added thyme another ingredient that is not in the recipe. It took it to another level. Then came heavy cream and lemon plus parsley to garnish.

It was to die for...So here's my recipe and I hope you enjoy

2 pounds of chicken breast
2 1/2  tablespoons butter
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup of white wine
thyme (optional)
parsley
salt
pepper
1 cup of beef broth
1 cup of heavy cream
Welcomed to leave me comments thank you.                                        By  Leonor
